Dual-customization is optional for the Kakun Nine, Ten and Twelve mattress models. Our dual-customization feature allows each side of the mattress to be configured independently, making it ideal for couples with different comfort preferences and support needs.

How do I adjust the layers in my mattress?

Adjusting the layers is easy. Simply unzip the outer casing to freely rearrange, flip or swap out any of the individual layers.

How often should I flip or rotate the layers, and why is this necessary?

We recommend flipping and rotating the layers every six months to promote even wear and extend the life of your mattress. This regular maintenance helps prevent sagging and ensures consistent comfort.

Can I put my new Organic Kakun Mattress on my current box spring?

No. It’s important for your Kakun Organic Mattress to be well supported by a strong, slatted system. Slats should be no more than 3” apart, with a center rail for queen and king sizes.
