Shipping

→ Remote locations and those outside the contiguous USA may be subject to shipping charges.

→ Orders under $99 are subject to a flat rate $15 shipping fee.

→ Canada’s Northwest Territories and Yukon: We ship to Whitehorse and Yellowknife locations only. There is a $250 shipping charge for mattresses and we do not ship furniture items to these locations.

→ There is a standard shipping charge of $250 for Foundations and Bed Frames.

→ For destinations not covered above, including Nunavut, please contact us for quotes.

→ Please note that shipping is a door to door service (with some limited exceptions) and items will not be brought into the house. 

→ Customers are responsible for all taxes and duty fees that may be applicable to shipments travelling outside of Canada.

Our mattresses come boxed and are easily transported through standard shipping methods. Most online mattress orders include free shipping. Inside delivery and mattress assembly can be added to your order in some cities; however, assembly is straightforward, and instructions can be found here.

We do our best to stock most items (except customizable mattresses) and are ordering regularly to reduce lead times. For customizable mattresses and other products not in stock, lead times are typically 3-5 weeks depending on the supplier. We will contact you within 72 hours of processing your order with a more accurate lead time.

This service truly covers it all, so you can relax while we take care of the work. We provide delivery, set up and installation, inspection of your frame, minor repairs and upgrades if needed, as well as removal or moving of your old mattress, boxspring and frame. Our team has been with us for years, with deep knowledge of how best to support our organic sleep systems.
