We do our best to stock most items (except customizable mattresses) and are ordering regularly to reduce lead times. For customizable mattresses and other products not in stock, lead times are typically 3-5 weeks depending on the supplier. We will contact you within 72 hours of processing your order with a more accurate lead time.
Shipping of your Mattress
Our mattresses come boxed and are easily transported through standard
shipping methods. Most online mattress orders include free shipping. Inside delivery and mattress assembly can be added to your order in some cities; however, assembly is straightforward, and instructions can be found here.

*Exceptions: Remote locations and those outside the contiguous USA may be subject to shipping charges.
Canada’s Northwest Territories and Yukon: We only ship to Whitehorse and Yellowknife locations. There is a $250 shipping charge for mattresses; we do not ship furniture items to these locations.
For destinations not covered above, including Nunavut, please get in touch with us for quotes.

Local delivery
We are happy to offer our White Glove Service on Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands and the Lower Mainland.
This service truly covers it all, so you can relax while we take care of the work. Not only do we provide delivery, set up and installation, but a visit from our team comes with inspection of your frame, minor repairs and upgrades if needed, as well as removal of your old mattress, boxspring and frame. If you wish to move the furniture around a little, or between rooms, we will help with that, too!
