They are hand-crafted with the finest Quebec FSC wood, and finished and padded with layers of organic wool. Each mattress foundation is 8" high and comes with recessed square wood legs to reduce the chance of knocking toes or knees in the night. And in order to maximize breathability and support, this foundation is equipped with 2" firm wood slats across its length and width.
