How can stomach sleepers benefit from a body pillow?

As we fall asleep, our shoulder and leg naturally collapse and twist inwards. For some sleepers, that leads to a full-body turn, onto the stomach. Unfortunately, stomach sleeping puts a lot of stress on your neck and lower back, thus, not making it an optimal sleeping position.

How do I clean my pillow?

Cleaning and caring for your Kakūn Organic Wool Body Pillow is easy! The outer and inner casings of the pillow are machine washable. We recommend washing them in cold water on a gentle cycle and air drying to maintain the integrity of the materials. The latex fill should not be washed; instead, it can be aired out periodically.
