Eliminate odours by sprinkling with baking soda

Pillow loft can be adjusted by unzipping your pillow's inner casing and removing or adding more shredded latex. Due to the nature of the loose shredded latex fill, we suggest that you take this step over a kitchen sink with drain plug or outside
Do not expose pillow to direct sunlight or a direct heat source as this will compromise the inner latex

Bought 2 King sized Pillows .. Found they were to thick and hurt my next .. But after removing A couple Freezer bags full of the latex stuffing .. I find the pillows much more comfortable and now I’m enjoying a good sleep.. So Adjust the pillow to you liking after you receive them.. Lesson learned .. Bow I love these pillows

It is ok, but not much better than other pillows relative to the price. Kind of a pain taking fill in and out to adjust to the right loft for sleeping. It will get used but would not pay that price again for an OK pillow.
This is my second shredded latex pillow. I got one for myself and then my wife got jealous so I had to go get another one and we both are so happy with the decision. She needs a thick pillow, I need a thin one, and this pillow works for both of us.

With a short neck, slight scoliosis, a neck injury, and sleep apnea, my sleep has not been deep enough to be restful. Changing position often is another challenge to finding a pillow that works. This pillow allows my head to sink into a comfortable position while providing support, even when changing positions from back to side, to side. I’m not wakened by neck pain any more and get more deep sleep, which is crucial for good health. I’m feeling much better. Being well rested improves one’s quality of life. This pillow worked well for me. Staff at store are helpful and pillow arrived quickly without any problems.
