Returns & Exchanges

We offer hassle-free returns (full refund, and we cover the return shipping*) on all regular stock accessories (furniture and mattresses excluded) within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in like-new condition, with the original packaging. 

To request a refund or exchange, contact our customer service team.

Other Information:

  • Refunds or exchanges will not be processed for items not meeting these standards. 
  • We may require photos to evaluate whether an item is defective. 
  • Cancelled pre-order items will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
  • If anything on your order goes on sale within 30 days of your purchase, we will gladly refund you the difference upon request. Cannot be combined with other discounts.

*Exceptions: 

  • Remote locations and those outside the contiguous USA may be subject to shipping charges for returns.
  • Custom or special order items are non-refundable.
  • Resthouse reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if it appears that this policy is being taken advantage of.

Comfort Adjustment Guarantee

You have 6 months from the date you receive your mattress to be sure you’re happy with its firmness or softness. If you decide within that period that you’d prefer a softer or firmer layer than your original choice, we will replace the layer of your Kakūn mattress at no charge.*

*Excluding the Kakun Six Mattress
