Finding your cozy … keeping it simple this Holiday Season:

Try catnapping for 15 - 20 minutes during the day. Studies have shown that taking a catnap can lower your blood pressure, improve concentration, memory and allow you to have better emotional control. A classic MacAusland Wool blanket or throw will keep you cozy while you nap. These handcrafted blankets are varied in colour and style - available in-store only.

Practice gratitude by taking the beauty of nature, smiling more often, thanking people, completing one random act of kindness a day and watching uplifting movies and videos that remind you of the good in the world. These are small things that can make your day, as well as someone else’s.

Keep it simple and stress free. For our Cowichan Valley Customers, Resthouse Shop the Warehouse location will be open to customers from for the Christmas season. We want to make it more convenient for our valley customers to find thoughtful gifts and organic bedding closer to home.
