Obasan Premium Foundations are hand crafted with the finest Quebec FSC wood, finished with the same organic cotton jersey as Obasan's mattresses, and padded with layers of organic wool. Available in 4” and 8.5” heights, this foundation comes with recessed, rounded, solid wood legs that reduce the chance of knocking toes in the night. Wood slats support your mattress across its length and width, and provide maximum breathability and support. All Obasan foundations are built using nails as opposed to glue, which ensures a healthy sleep environment.
