Showroom Support - Uptown Victoria

Resthouse is seeking a new Victoria-based team member to greet our guests at our new showroom at Uptown and offer support to our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails and chats promptly, warmly and professionally
  • Welcome guests and assist with accessory purchases
  • Show mattresses and prepare guests for fittings
  • Collaborate with other members of the sales team to match and exceed sales targets
  • Maintain stock levels of office goods, stationary and packaging

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Outgoing personality and a sense of humour
  • Time management skills, ability to prioritize
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency
  • Basic computer skills, email, word processing, calendars
  • Flexibility to be able to move between activities as needed
  • Empathetic listening skills
  • Sense of humour 😉

Compensation:

  • 20/hr
  • 5 paid personal days
  • Medical benefits (full-time)
