I’m a stomach sleeper, why would I need a body pillow?
As we fall asleep our shoulder and leg naturally collapse and twist inwards, and for some that leads to a full body turn onto the stomach.
With the support of the body pillow, the body will no longer fall/slip into this less optimal sleep position.
(stomach sleeping is not an optimal position as it puts lot of stress on the neck and lower back)
