We do our best to stock most items (except customizable mattresses) and are ordering regularly to reduce lead times. For customizable mattresses and other products not in stock, lead times are typically 3-5 weeks depending on the supplier. We will contact you within 72 hours of processing your order with a more accurate lead time.
Shipping of your Mattress
Our mattresses come boxed and are easily transported through standard
shipping methods. Most online mattress orders include free shipping. Inside delivery and mattress assembly can be added to your order in some cities; however, assembly is straightforward, and instructions can be found here.

*Exceptions: Remote locations and those outside the contiguous USA may be subject to shipping charges.
Canada’s Northwest Territories and Yukon: We only ship to Whitehorse and Yellowknife locations. There is a $250 shipping charge for mattresses; we do not ship furniture items to these locations.
For destinations not covered above, including Nunavut, please get in touch with us for quotes.

Local White Glove Service
We are happy to offer our White Glove Service on Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands, and the Lower Mainland.
Not only do we provide delivery, set up and installation, but a visit from our team comes with an inspection of your frame, minor repairs and upgrades if needed, and removing your old mattress, box spring and frame. If you wish to move the furniture around a little or between rooms, we will help with that, too! This service truly covers it all, so you can relax while we take care of the work.
Our team has been with us for years, with deep knowledge of how best to support our organic sleep systems, and you can count on them to ensure you are getting the most out of your investment.
As an additional service, we offer flipping/rotating services to ensure you get the most out of your mattress for years to come.
