Returns & Exchanges
We offer hassle-free returns (full refund, and we cover the return shipping*) on all regular stock accessories (furniture and mattresses excluded) within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in like-new condition, with the original packaging.
To request a refund or exchange, contact our customer service team.
Other Information:
- Refunds or exchanges will not be processed for items not meeting these standards.
- We may require photos to evaluate whether an item is defective.
- Cancelled pre-order items will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
*Exceptions:
- Remote locations and those outside the contiguous USA may be subject to shipping charges for returns.
- Resthouse reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if it appears that this policy is being taken advantage of.

Choosing your support at the time of purchase is just one of the many benefits of a layered latex mattress. Adapting it as you need down the road upholds the value of the customizable system in the long term.
Purchasing a mattress without laying on it doesn’t have to be difficult. We have easy to use guides to help you choose, or you can book a consultation by phone or in person if you’d like more hands-on help. With a layered mattress, you have the peace of mind that your choice is never permanent. This design provides the flexibility to change out or adjust existing layers to make it firmer or softer. We know bodies change and may feel different over time, which is why we offer a Comfort Adjustment Guarantee. Within 6-months of delivery, we will change out one layer for each sleeper, free of charge. This gives you plenty of time to settle into your new mattress to make sure it is just right for your body.
