The Best Bed That We’ve ever Slept Upon

Well, where to begin: we liked the time and attention you gave us at the showroom, making sure that we ended up with the bed that was right for us. We also appreciated the proviso that if we found something that needed adjusting, all we had to do was call. Our bed is so comfortable that we look forward to lying on it, sitting on it, playing on it. We chose a King -size version, and totally appreciate the extra room it provides - although it is more work to make-up! The Resthouse sent us home with two fully stacked pillows - enough that we were able to create two extra pillows that were softer and more flexible as well. During this unseasonable Spring, we have had to apply an extra layer of cover over our mid-weight Duvet, but that’s easy, and easy to remove if we get too warm. The bed frame is solid and doesn’t move around as our old one did. All in all, we are very happy to with our purchase.

It was a great experience visiting the store and it was nice to actually lay on the same mattress that we bought.

Mattress, bed frame and comforter

Our overall experience was great. Great personal attention when choosing the right bed for us. Spent a long time just getting it right. We were helped in choosing a bed frame, mattress, comforter, sheets and pillows. We are very happy with our purchase. One thing that could be improved on is the follow up after purchase. We would have appreciated a call a few days/week after asking us how everything was. For such a large purchase we expected follow up service.

Excellent. Informative, attentive. We tested our sleeping positions on a combination of cubes. We are told that we could modify our combination after we bought tried them at home.

This Mattress is a Game Changer

I can not say enough good things about the lovely team at Resthouse. They truly are the best in every way. Every time I have walked into the store, they have welcomed me with open arms and ears, truly listening to my sleeping concerns and providing me options to best suite my individual needs. There is never any pressure and I have always left happy and a bit drowsy.... Only because I am so cozy!!! This mattress seriously has changed everything for me. I was in a car accident 3 years ago with a wild animal. Ever since then, my lower back has been in a major state of inflammation and chronic pain. Due to the nature of the injury, being horizontal is often the most comfortable for me, but I needed to make sure the upper support was JUST RIGHT. The zonal support of this mattress has truly helped target the different needs of my body and I literally can not thank this team enough for helping to make this happen. My partner and I sleep amazing every single night, and there is even enough room for our cat and dog lol. Thank you Resthouse. Thank you thank you thank you.

Fantastic

Our experience at Resthouse was amazing. We were greeted by Chris, who is fantastically friendly and welcoming. We didn’t really intend on buying a bed that day but had heard great things about their beds, so decided to pop in for a look. We have bought several beds over the years, spent tons of money, and still had body aches and difficulty sleeping. After Chris’s demonstration and hearing the benefits of this bed, and of course a very comfortable lay down, we were sold. We have had our new bed for a few weeks now and are thrilled. Completely satisfied with Studio 12" mattress

We made a special trip to Duncan to visit the store because we were impressed with the nature of the comments on the website. Although always somewhat cautious about such ‘testimonials’, we found that every positive comment was borne out. While at the store, we received excellent information, delivered without any pressure, and had an opportunity to try out various versions of the mattress in the store without being rushed. The team that delivered the bed - which required an off-island trip - was personable and helpful. I am completely delighted with the difference this mattress has made to the way I sleep — deeply now - and to my feeling of comfort. I have arthritis and the aches and pains that come from replaced joints and sore limbs. This bed has made it possible for me to sleep with ease. I can’t stop smiling at the relief. It is an expensive bed, but worth every single penny. My husband finds it comfortable as well. Put us down as happily satisfied customers. Thank you.

King Mattress Purchase

The in store staff were so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, allowing us to try various mattresses until we had the perfect combination for us. Pricing was fair and delivery was on time. The delivery personal were great, they were respectful of our house and provided us with all the information concerning care and upkeep. The best part is the bed! Our sleeps have been fantastic...best in years...it is so comfortable. Thank you Resthouse :)
